As many of you may already know a lot of our sports programs are getting ready to start their summer conditioning programs this coming Monday. Prior to the start, we wanted to share a few guidelines for you in order for this to be as successful as possible.
-Teams that are starting up have created a plan on how they will work with athletes while being aware of the guidelines from both the MHSAA and governor.
– Please have your son or daughter attend workouts with their own water bottles (which should not be shared), mask, and hand sanitizer if at all possible.
-All activities will take place outside as our indoor facilities are still closed, so athletes should show up dressed to participate.
– If your son or daughter has experienced a temperature of 100.3 or higher in the last 24 hours please do not allow them to attend the workout sessions.
-Players should also not attend if:
o They are feeling ill
o Have a cough
o Have a fever
o Been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19
As always these summer workouts are completely optional and in no way mandatory or have any effect on team selections.
